How to request deletion
Send an email to contacto@vicidial.com.mx with the subject line Data deletion request.
Please include the email address, phone number, company name, social profile or page name, and any other identifier that helps us locate the data you want deleted.
What we can delete
Depending on the request and applicable obligations, we can delete or anonymize website form submissions, diagnostic requests, commercial lead details, social media publishing drafts, connected-account metadata, stored media URLs, and access or refresh tokens associated with an authorized social media integration.
Social platform disconnection
If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or other social account to our publishing tools, you may also revoke access directly from that platform's security, business integration, or app permissions settings. After revocation, you may email us to request removal of remaining local integration metadata.
Processing time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable operational window. Some records may be retained when required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or service-continuity purposes.
Confirmation
When practical, we will confirm completion or explain why a record cannot be fully deleted. We may ask for additional information if we cannot identify the relevant data from the original request.
