Controller
ViciDial Mexico is a commercial offering operated by Convector Telecom for managed VICIdial services, SIP telephony, implementation support, diagnostics, and related contact-center services.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a diagnostic, fill out a form, or communicate with our team, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company, country, city, number of agents, operational needs, technical details, and any information you choose to provide.
When our internal team connects social media accounts to our publishing tools, we may process account identifiers, page names, profile names, publishing permissions, media URLs, post drafts, post status, access tokens, refresh tokens, and related metadata required to publish, schedule, or manage social media content.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, prepare diagnostics, quotes, proposals, onboarding steps, service activation, support follow-up, billing coordination, site analytics, lead attribution, and operation of authorized social media publishing workflows.
Social platform data
For Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and similar platforms, we only use platform data to authenticate authorized accounts, display connected profiles/pages to the authorized user, create drafts, schedule posts, publish approved content, retrieve publishing status, and maintain integration health.
We do not sell social platform data. We do not use connected social media data for unrelated advertising profiles or unauthorized third-party disclosure.
Sharing
We may share limited information with internal team members, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, support tools, email or messaging systems, and social media platforms when necessary to operate the service, respond to a request, publish authorized content, or comply with legal or security requirements.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the commercial, operational, legal, security, support, billing, or integration purpose for which it was collected. Social media tokens and connected-account metadata may be deleted when an account is disconnected or when deletion is requested and no longer required for legal or operational reasons.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information under our control. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
