ViciDial Mexico is a commercial offering operated by Convector Telecom for managed VICIdial services, SIP telephony, implementation support, diagnostics, and related contact-center services.
Use of this website

Commercial requests and proposals

Managed VICIdial, telephony, hosting, SIP, campaign, and support services depend on the agreed scope, third-party networks, carriers, hosting providers, customer configuration, traffic quality, payment status, and regulatory requirements. Service availability and operational terms may vary by customer agreement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining lawful contact lists, obtaining required consents, respecting applicable telecom, privacy, calling, messaging, recording, and campaign rules, and using the services only for authorized purposes.
Social media publishing integrations
When an authorized user connects Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or similar accounts to our publishing tools, the integration may be used to authenticate accounts, display connected profiles or pages, create drafts, schedule posts, publish approved content, retrieve status, and maintain integration health.
Users remain responsible for the content they authorize for publication and for complying with each social platform's terms, community standards, advertising policies, intellectual-property rules, and account requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website, tools, integrations, or services for fraud, credential abuse, spam, unauthorized access, deceptive activity, illegal calling, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, or activity that harms networks, systems, platforms, customers, or third parties.
Third-party platforms and providers
Some functionality depends on third-party services, including hosting providers, carriers, analytics tools, payment processors, messaging systems, and social media platforms.
